Unlocking a participant's MyCricket ID and resetting their password, can be an important part in assisting participants to register and allowing them to access their Participant Portal.

1. Go to the participant login page, through;
Teams or Administration (MODE) > People > Participant Logins

2. Filter for the participant by doing the following;
- Make Person Role - 'Any Role' or if you can't find the person, 'No Role'.
- Person Name
- Participant ID
- Participant Account Status - Make it the status 'ANY'.

3. If the account is already Active (unlocked), go to Step 4! Otherwise;
Unlock the participants account by clicking 'Unlock Account'.
Click the 'expand' arrow, then 'Unlock Account'.

4. Once unlocked, click 'Filter' to refresh the page; the account status should be 'Active'. Click to expand again, then click 'Send Reset Password Link' or 'Change Password'.
- If you select 'Send Reset Password Link', an email will be sent to the 'User Email' on the account.
- If you select 'Change Password', a 6-digit temporary password will appear on the screen (you can then pass this onto the relevant participant).

PLEASE NOTE: The 'User Email' is the one that a 'Send Reset Password Link' will go to.
***If this needs to be changed, then you'll need to save the personal details of the player with 'No Email', then save again with the updated email.
