If a person has duplicate MyCricket IDs within MyCricket, IDs can be merged. Please note that the personal details will only be kept from the 'To Person Record'. All statistics from the 'From Person Record' will merge into the 'To Person Record'.
Step 1
Administration or Teams (MODE) > People > Person Merge Request
Enter the 'incorrect' ID into the 'From Person Record' and the 'correct' ID into 'To Person Record'. Click Lookup. Confirm IDs are correct and click 'Submit Merge'.
Step 2
Administration or Teams (MODE) > Person Merge List > Filter by Status.
Select the merger you wish to action and then click 'Approve Selected Records'. You can also remove the merge request if required.
Once you have completed these two steps then the Merge Request will be confirmed. The merging of the duplicate IDs within MyCricket may take up to 2 weeks to be actioned.
