There are 2 login IDs that a Cricket Blast Coordinator requires at a Club. Firstly, a MyCricket ID, which will allow them to be selected as a coordinator when setting up the program. The second login will be an Admin User, so that they can view the Cricket Blast Centre Management to monitor registrations, create sessions and order equipment for the program.
The process for adding the Coordinator to MyCricket with a MyCricket ID is as follows. In Administration Mode, go to People > Add a New Person. This takes you through to the search area, where you can search via a Person Name / Existing ID, or Create a New Person.
When you click Create New Person, the new page opens and asks you to provide the role of the person you are creating.
To give the role of Junior Blast coordinator, click Junior Blaster, then sub role Coordinator.
For Master Blaster, click Contact, then sub role Master Blaster Coordinator.
Once the details have been saved, that will create a MyCricket ID for the Coordinator. You will then be able to add them as a Coordinator when setting up the program.
