Managing Office Bearers

Keeping your Office Bearers up-to-date is extremely beneficial for when people need to contact your club/association, or a specific committee member of your club/association.

Go through;
Administration (MODE) > Organisation > Office Bearers

If you have the same positions as a previous season, then you can copy tiles into the new season by selecting the 'Copy Tiles' option;

To create a new tile, you can click on the 'Create Item' logo;


You will then be able to give the item a title (i.e. President, Secretary etc), select a person from your Person List to be attached to that item, and select whether to display their email/contact number on the public site;

Ensure to hit 'OK', then Apply Changes;
