The Communications feature of MyCricket allows you to send the selected team list to email recipients of that specific team, you will also be able to add any relevant team information depending on the match e.g. Venue information or special requests.
- Ensure the team has been selected for specific grade and match
- Find the ‘Email selected team list’ under the communications tab
- Select a date range From and To
- Select or de-select the required matches.
- Select the relevant Role and Sub-Role to select mail recipients from within the MyCricket system
- Click Display Recipients
- Review the Subject and Message text and make any necessary modifications.
- If required, select one of the 3 options
- Select the required recipients
- If required, type any additional email addresses in the Extra Recipients
- Click Send Email
