Should any of your MyCricket administrators accidentally lock their accounts or not have logged in for a longer period of time you can follow the simple steps below to unlock their account and allow them access back to MyCricket.
Steps to unlock a user account:
- Access your user list via the users tab of your administration
- Find the locked account looking for the red locked icon
- Click select
- Select the 'Unlock account' option
- Click go
The user will receive an email with prompts to log them back in.
If there is no one else at the club to unlock an account please submit a Support Request.
