How to unlock another users administration account

Should any of your MyCricket administrators accidentally lock their accounts or not have logged in for a longer period of time you can follow the simple steps below to unlock their account and allow them access back to MyCricket.

Steps to unlock a user account:

1. Access your user list via the users tab of your administration
2. Find the locked account looking for the red locked icon
3. Click select
4. Select the 'Unlock account' option
5. Click go

The user will receive an email with prompts to log them back in.

If there is no one else at the club to unlock an account please submit a Support Request.
