To request a refund of the NRF, please email mycricketsupport@cricket.com.au, including the
following information, plus any other information requested by Cricket Australia:
- Full Name of Participant (and where different, name of person who registered Participant)
- Phone number
- Name of Club
- Name of Association
- Invoice Order number (found on the invoice issued in confirmation email), and attach copy of
invoice or provision of bank statement as proof of purchase - Bank account name, BSB and Account Number
- Reason for Refund
- Confirmation that the Participant is eligible for a refund based on the criteria set out in paragraph 7 of the National Registration Fee Refund Policy.
Following approval of the refund request, refunds will be processed and paid via bank transfer to
the Participant’s nominated bank account within 20 business days.
