Towards the end of the season you might like to hide the leaders in public reports.
This will ensure that club awards remain a surprise until presentation night.
To find where to hide these reports, go through;
Competitions (MODE) > Reports > Configure Public Reports
The following reports can have the leader details obscured on a grade by grade basis:
o Batting Averages
o Bowling/Fielding Averages
o Champion Player
NOTE: If you are logged in as the association and have Site Manager access, then you will be able to see the full report on the public site, including the leaders. Anyone not logged in or without Site Manager Access will not be able to see the leaders.
Follow the above menu path
You can then edit by either 'overall display settings' or 'grade specific display settings', with the following three options (the overall display setting will only apply if a grade specific setting has not been set):
Show - report publicly available
Hide - report not publicly available
Obscure - key data of up to 99 rows removed

In the ‘Champion Player’ tab, in addition to the above, you can also edit your ‘Points Configuration’. This is found below the ‘Grade specific display settings’ section.
Please note that display settings only relate to current season reports. Non-current season reports will display publicly and cannot be hidden.
Note: This is an Association level task. If you are a Club and would like to hide your Champion Player and Bowling / Batting Reports, please click here to view the article for hiding club awards.
Key Terms: batting, averages, bowling, champion player
