Is there a reason the statistics in the report don’t appear to be correct?

The statistics surfacing in the reporting tool reflect what has been entered into PlayHQ throughout the season, whether that be via the admin portal, MyTeams or eScoring. Cricket Australia & PlayHQ are continuing to complete data reconciliation over the coming weeks as admins continue to add scores in the lead up to finals. As we complete this reconciliation process, it’s recommended that admins complete the below tasks to ensure the reports are as accurate as possible: 

• Ensure all matches throughout the season have ‘finalised’ scorecards (statistics from games that are pending will not surface in the report); and
• Ensure the scorecards from each match throughout the seasonare complete with all necessary fields populated

As a priority, Clubs & Associations should review matches where scores have been entered via MyTeams, as there is currently no scorecard validation requirements that will prevent the submission of scorecards where some of these important fields are incomplete. There shouldn’t be a need to review matches that have been eScored(and finalised properly), as these fields will have been complete as required.
