Allocating Teams to a Competition

Select the Competition Management main menu item, and then select the appropriate 'View' button for the Competition Season, and then view the Grades tab.

Note: Club administrators are only able to allocate their club teams to grades when the 'lock' icon is
open/green. If the lock icon is closed/grey, the ability for you to allocate teams has not as yet opened or has already closed. The association/league administrator controls the dates that club administrators can allocate their club teams to grades.

1. Select the corresponding + button for the grade that you wish to allocate a team/s.

2. This will expand the view of the grade and expose the grade's Allocate a Team button. 

3. Select the Allocate a Team button and then locate the team/s to allocate to the grade by using the team's tick box.

4. Confirm the allocation of the team/s by selecting the Allocate # team/s button

You will be returned to the list of grades, with the grade that teams have been allocated to showing the teams allocated to the grade.

You can select the Unallocate button to remove a team from the grade.

Select the - button to collapse the expanded view of the grade.

You can continue to allocate and/or unallocate teams to a grade until your Association decides to Generate Fixture for the grade.

Note: Once the Assocation has generated your fixture, you can no longer add or remove teams unless they delete your Fixture from the Fixture Settings section.
