What is the simplest method to register a player who plays in one club across 2 different Associations?
A junior participant will need to register twice, once with each relevant product, but a senior can be added manually into a senior competition. If a junior is playing in a senior competition, then they can be added manually as well by the club or association administrator.
If the participant uses the same MyCricket ID to register for both associations, they will only be asked to pay insurance on the first registration
What happens if a participant tries to pay a portion of their online fees with their Active Kids Voucher (AKV) but select the 'part payment option'? What will happen?
The amount of the AKV is taking off the total amount first and then the remaining amounts will be paid as per the payment schedule
What happens if an administrator 'declines' a pending registration in terms of process and the ability to add reasoning ‘manually’?
The participant will be sent a templated email saying that their registration has been rejected and administrators are encouraged to follow up with their own email with reasons and next steps

I have a couple of Cricket clubs whose accounts & all their monies go into joint ‘Sports Club accounts’ – which also receive other sports’ payments & fees. One of these cricket clubs has had the Sports Club taking out GST. Are they paying this twice & if so which report shows the GST has been paid by Cricket already- in the old MyCricket & in the new MyCricket reports?
The system doesn’t add on any GST or calculates any GST, it is assumed that if a club is collecting GST then they are including it in the prices that they are setting at registration product setup time. No reports will show any GST either as the system doesn’t know what component the GST is. This hasn’t changed from previous years
What will be the process for clubs to pay senior insurance fees in 2019/20?
The process for paying for senior insurance fees is the same as for 2018/19 where clubs enter the number of senior teams played in the previous year and pay the amount per team to receive their certificate of currency

For association/club admins, are we able to create a registration type?
Registration Types are inherited from the National Setup (CA) and associations will not be able to create reg types. The association can apply their fee to the existing reg types however though
How is insurance for participants of school teams playing in club competitions worked out?
Participants of all junior competitions are only covered for insurance through the National Club Risk Protection Program which is achieved by individually registering and paying the $5 premium at time of registering. This includes any school teams playing in club competitions. School teams, playing in school competitions are excluded from this and don't require insurance and Cricket Australia should be notified so that it can be marked appropriately.
If a school believes that they have appropriate coverage already and refuse to register online and pay the premium, despite playing in a club competition then this should be referred to Cricket Australia
Can Associations create Reg Types?
No, currently associations are unable to create their own reg types. This decision was made to lessen the burden on associations on managing club registrations.
If an association charges a fee, how is this displayed to the participant?
At the payment page, the participant will see a breakdown of how much is going to each entity. If a S/T is charging an administration fee then this will be displayed together with the insurance premium as a single amount but with a description of the two items
Can an association choose to charge seniors an individual insurance fee and mandate online registration as well?
Unfortunately, no, individual insurance for senior participants is not available for this season however an association or club can mandate that all their senior participants must sign up online independent of the insurance component

Allow Offline Payment is only related to senior registration products, clicking this has no impact on any junior products
