Registration Manager will allow club admin users the ability to manage specific registrations and give greater detail on the specific details including financial breakdown of all payments received.
Club users can segment any registrations into entity (parent organization) registration period (season) specific player name or ID # and the registration status and type. This will allow the club admin greater oversight into what the club has received and when.
Once filtered the screen will display registrations to the club or entity that has been selected along with specific details of the player such as name, DOB, Gender and status.
Club admins can also decline any pending registrations from this page along with de-registering users due to injury, change of clubs or if they are no longer playing.
The page will also allow club users to find specific transaction details via the icons at the right-hand side of the page.
Info & Eye Icons
The Info icon gives the club user a detailed overview of the transaction details including a breakdown of the fees and how the registration was made.
This icon opens the Player profile tab allowing club users to have a detailed look of the personal details of the player. Club users can also make changes and edits to these sections including updating addresses, DOB and email addresses.
If club users are wanting to download an Excel document with all registrations for that period they can simply scroll down the page and click download detail report which will provide the club with a details breakdown.
Financial Status Report
This report found with the Dashboard provides an overview of all users attached to the club and whether they have made a registration or not. This report can then be used to filter via role type and provide the club with a breakdown of who has registered and paid and who has not.
- Red dot – this means that the participant is not registered
- Yellow dots – participant has registrations but no financial type.
- Green dots – Participant has a financial registration
Within this report the club admin can open the Person tab to edit and look at the specific details of that person including personal contact details, registrations, roles and Activity.
To the right-hand side of the page the club can click the detail icon to see a financial breakdown of any registrations made and how / when they were made.
This report gives the club a detailed breakdown of how the payments are split between the different entities that are attached to the club. This includes a breakdown of fees to CA, Association and any other entities that may be attached.
A further breakdown of these payments can be found by clicking the detail link at the right-hand side of the page which will open to the Entity Account detail page providing transaction details including name, amount, entity and ID#.
Person Search Function
This feature has not changed and allows club users to search for players / participants that are attached to the club.
