Australian Cricket and PlayHQ have regularly engaged club & association volunteers when developing the new platform, ensuring it meets the real, every day needs of cricket administrators. Before making the decision to change platforms we consulted widely with the cricket community.
The discovery process for developing the user requirements of the new PlayHQ system lasted 16 weeks. This included a thorough consultation with Australian Cricket staff and over 120 volunteers from clubs and associations across the country. As a result, approximately 850 individual requirements were identified and synthesised into a program of work to ensure the new system will allow volunteers to perform the essential tasks associated with running cricket Clubs and Competitions.
