We’ve updated the customer journey on PlayCricket to help facilitate users finding a suitable program for themselves or their children. There are 3 ways the PlayCricket site has been designed to help users find the cricket relevant for them:
- For completely new users, the “Find a Program” feature on the home page will recommend the program or type of cricket most suitable for the person based on a series of questions presented to the user. Ideal for first time parents or participants new to cricket as based on the answers provided around age, skill and experience the site will return a Recommended Program in addition to providing secondary program offerings the user may also be interested in and are suitable. After selecting the Program they want, the user will be directed to “Find a club/centre” that offers the particular program, using the postcode or suburb search.
- For users who already know what club or centre they want to play or register with, they can use the “Find a Club or Centre” function in the top right hand corner and go directly to the club or centre page
- And user’s that already knows what program or type of cricket they want to participate in they can select the program or type of cricket from the navigation options across the top of the site and on the landing page click “Find a local club/centre”. You will then be able to search via postcode to a find a local club or centre near that offers what you’re looking for.
