Some clubs may notice that sales numbers for certain products may be higher than what has actually been sold for this season.
One of the reasons for this may be due to registration products being rolled over from the previous season with this season's dates added. Please see below example.
To prevent this from happening the recommendation is that for each new season, clubs create new products via the 'Add Registration Product' function;
If you have rolled over products from a previous season and keen to know how many sales have been made for this season, simply re-save the product by editing the form and clicking save at the bottom.
To fix this issue of the product sales being inflated, however, is to 'edit' each product, and hit the 'Save' button;
Please bear in mind, if you have rolled over multiple products then you will need to do this for every product that you've rolled over from a previous season/that has an inflated sales number.
Once saved again for all, the sales numbers will updated to the current seasons' sales only;
