- How do I set up a Junior Blaster Program?
To set up a Junior Blaster Program at your club, please use the Junior Blaster – Centre Management support article, or alternatively, please contact the Woolworths Cricket Blast Helpdesk via email at cricketblast@cricket.com.au or by phone on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
- What equipment do I receive for my Junior Blaster centre?
New Centre
- This is the first time you’ve run Woolworths Cricket Blast.
- If this is your first Cricket Australia program, you will automatically be provided with enough equipment for 32 participants. If you exceed this, you will accrue credits per additional participant.
- Equipment can be redeemed by accessing the shop via your MyCricket Centre Management page.
Returning Centre
- You will accrue credit for each participant that registers. This can be used to “purchase” any top-up equipment you might need.
- Simply access the shop via your MyCricket Centre Management page to see how the dollar value of the credits incurred and to purchase your equipment.
- How do I register participants for my Junior Blaster program?
All Woolworths Cricket Blast participants must register and pay online through playcricket.com.au. If you have participants that are unable to register online, please contact the Woolworths Cricket Blast Helpdesk via email at cricketblast@cricket.com.au or call 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
- Why can’t I order participant packs?
All participant packs are sent directly to participants nominated address following their individual registration.
- I am having trouble ordering my Coordinator Pack, what do I do?
If you need assistance ordering your Junior Blasters coordinator pack, please contact the Woolworths Cricket Blast Helpdesk via email at cricketblast@cricket.com.au or call 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
- How do I provide my club’s bank details to MyCricket?
We ask that all Junior Blasters Coordinators discuss bank details with their club’s treasurer in case they have already provided registered bank details on MyCricket. - Where can I find promotional flyers and material to support my Junior Blaster program?
All promotional material can be downloaded from the Club Marketing section of the MyCricket Community website. There are several options and material that will allow you to align your centre with your local Big Bash team.
- Who do I contact if I wish to have support in the delivery of my Junior Blaster program?
Please contact your State or Territory Cricket Association for any support required. If you do not have a local contact, please contact the Woolworths Cricket Blast Helpdesk via email at cricketblast@cricket.com.au or call 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38) and they can assist you with their contact information.
- How do I organise school visits to promote my centre?
School visits are organised through the local contact at your State or Territory Cricket Association. To acquire your local contact, please call the Woolworths Cricket Blast Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
