1. Go to the participant login page:
MyCricket Admin - MODE: Administration > People > Participant Logins.
2. Filter for the participant by doing the following:
- Person Role - 'Any Role' or if you can't find the person 'No Role'.
- Person Name
- Participant ID
- Participant Account Status - Make it the status 'Any'.
3. Change the participants password or send a password reset email.
Click 'Filter' > Click the drop down arrow on the right > click 'Send Reset Password Link' (Password sends to there email) or 'Change Password' (Password appears on the screen under Result).
