Oh no! We’re sorry to share that some of our enhancements to some of MyCricket’s module didn't go as planned.
Below is what we’re doing about it. This is not the final list or the only bugs in the system, if you’ve got an error that isn’t listed we’d love to hear from you.

Online Registration
There is a bug where the names and DOBs of the parent and the participant are being swapped during the online registration process. The reason for this is currently unknown and our teams are working on replicating it and creating a solution. If there are players who have been affected at your club, please contact us.

MyCricket Competition Management System
Rep/Carnival Teams - If association entities are being represented in representational/carnival competitions, the entity will need to be listed as a 'Club' in order to manually register players for the relevant Parent Organisation, and to Select Teams. There are already a number of associations who have had created a 'Club' entity for their representational teams, and have this 'Club' entity allocated to the relevant grade. Please see the relevant article regarding the standardization of representational cricket here.
If your entity is an 'Association' and it has been allocated to a grade/s in a representational competition, you will need to contact the MyCricket Support team in order to toggle the entity to 'Club' mode so you can have the players registered/selected. Please ensure you have Transferred the relevant players into the entity prior to contacting the Support Team with the relevant role (Player: Junior etc). It is beneficial if you could include;
- Full Names of players
- MyCricket IDs of players
- Registration type (i.e. Senior Player / Junior Player etc) required
- Parent Organisation to be registered under (i.e. Western Cricket Zone Carnival)
- Grade for players to be selected in (i.e. U14 East)

App Freezing or Crashing - We understand that there are times when the app freezes or prevents any input during the scoring of a match however there are many reasons for this. If this does occur to you, please send mycricketsupport@cricket.com.au an email with the match details and the actions taken just before the app crashed. If you are able to send an error report, then please do so as well.
