Under Administration (MODE) > Organisation > Insurance - Status, the updated insurance status is not appearing, even upon completing the process through MyCricket and the MARSH website.
This has been escalated onto the development team. In the meantime, you can contact MARSH directly for an updated copy of the insurance policy;

The Junior Cricket registration bug where the names/DOBs of the parent and the participant were being swapped during the online registration process has since been fixed - there may still be players who were registered prior to August 17th 2021 affected by this bug.
If there are players who have been affected at your club, please contact us. with the below information;
- MyCricket ID
- Player Name
- Player DOB
- Association registering to
MyCricket Competition Management System
Rep/Carnival Teams - If association entities are being represented in representational/carnival competitions, the entity will need to be listed as a 'Club' in order to manually register players for the relevant Parent Organisation, and to Select Teams.
There are already a number of associations who have had created a 'Club' entity for their representational teams, and have this 'Club' entity allocated to the relevant grade. Please see the relevant article regarding the standardization of representational cricket here.
Site Styles for club sites do not seem to be updating, even when saved and published from the admin site. This has been escalated onto the development team.
MyCricket Live Score App
Inability to access Match - If an 'In Progress' match is not closed off correctly by the previous user then it locks out any and all other users trying to access the match. Instructions on how to close off a match and how to switch users can be found here.
App Freezing or Crashing - We understand that there are times when the app freezes or prevents any input during the scoring of a match, however there are reasons for why this may occur. If this does occur to you, please send email@example.com an email with the match details and the actions taken just before the app crashed. The development team do ask if you are able to please send through a support report as well.
Inability to remove players from teams once match has been Live Scored; once a match has commenced, then players are currently unable to be removed from the playing lists.
- For players to be removed, the match will need to be set back to 'In Progress' and then removed via the Live Score app.
