Below is what we’re doing about it. This is not the final list or the only bugs in the system, if you’ve got an error that isn’t listed we’d love to hear from you.

MyCricket Competition Management System
Replacing Unknown Players - There is currently a bug where the functionality to replace unknown players in a match is impacting the data quality and selection of other unknown players in other matches and this functionality has been temporarily turned off . This is currently being worked on with a view to have fixed early on the week of December 9.
MyCricket Online Registration
Participant Player Role - Players must have the same Registration Type AND Role for the competition standard that they are to be playing. This means that a participant playing in a junior and senior competition must have both Junior and Senior Registration Types and Roles attached to their record otherwise they won't be able to be selected.

MyCricket Live Score App
Inability to access Match - If an in progress match is not closed off correctly by the previous user then it locks out any and all other users trying to access the match. Instructions on how to close off a match and how to switch users can be found here
App Freezing or Crashing - We understand that there are times when the app freezes or prevents any input during the scoring of a match however there are many reasons for this. If this does occur to you, please send firstname.lastname@example.org an email with the match details and the actions taken just before the app crashed. If you are able to send an error report, then please do so as well.
