Below is what we’re doing about it. This is not the final list or the only bugs in the system, if you’ve got an error that isn’t listed we’d love to hear from you.

MyCricket Competition Management System
Re-grading Functionality - The re-grading functionality is not allowing teams to be re-graded with their matches played and ladder points being carried over to the new grade. This can be fixed through Ladder Adjustments however a more permanent fix is scheduled for release in early November
Club Championship Ladders - The ladders for Club Championships are not showing the correct values and a fix for this is scheduled for early November
MyCricket Online Registration
Participant Player Role - Some participants are not receiving a player role at the time of registration. The processing of this registration means that it can take up to 72 hours for the role to appear however a fix is planned for early November to resolve this.
MyCricket Live Score App
Inability to access Match - If an in progress match is not closed off correctly by the previous user then it locks out any and all other users trying to access the match. Instructions on how to close off a match and how to switch users can be found here
App Freezing or Crashing - We understand that there are times when the app freezes or prevents any input during the scoring of a match however there are many reasons for this. If this does occur to you, please send firstname.lastname@example.org an email with the match details and the actions taken just before the app crashed. If you are able to send an error report, then please do so as well.
Bowler's name for Caught & Bowled Dismissals - The bowler's name is not appearing when a dismissal is marked as Caught & Bowled. Fix expected in early November.
