Registration forms are a crucial part of the Online Registration process as they are what parents and players complete to register for your club. There’s an easy process for you to go through where you can create these forms.
The below GIF is an example of creating a Junior Registration form through;
Administration (MODE) > Online Registration > Management > Form Manager
The above GIF further highlights;
- Making the Form 'Active'
- Allowing junior participants to pay insurance only (club fees offline)
- Attaching 'Other Products' (i.e. playing shirts, baseball cap etc) to the Form.
The form can then be linked to specific Registration Products that you may have created (i.e. U13s, U15s, Girls Cricket League).

The following highlights the step-by-step process for creating a Registration Form.
To add a new registration form, navigate to the 'Form Manager' Page;
Administration (MODE) > Online Registration > Management > Form Manager
- Select the 'Add Registration Form' option
- Select the relevant CA Club Registration Form option (Junior or Senior) and click 'Refresh'.
General Settings
- Name the form (i.e. 'Junior Form' or 'Senior Form'). This is to clearly identify who the form is for, making it easier for when you link a Registration Product (i.e. U13s, U15s) to the Form.
- Change the Status of the form to 'Active'. This will then appear as a ‘Registration Forms’ in the Signup Form Manager page as ‘Active’.
- Fill all the relevant contact information i.e. Name, Email. So that they can be contacted should anyone registering have any questions.

- Select the Payment settings you wish to enforce. You can choose to allow offline payments or allow participants to pay the non-insurance fees offline. Note: If you allow offline payment, you’ll need to manually accept and reconcile offline payments.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
- Select the mandatory question fields you wish to ask. You’ll see that basic fields are locked already which are required by your State & Territory Cricket Association and Cricket Australia.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
- Select the Custom Fields you wish to ask. These can be created by previously navigating to Administration or Teams (MODE) > People > Custom Person Fields. Once created, they’ll be an option to add in ‘Available fields’.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________
- Add any saleable items. These will appear as ‘Available Optional Products’. Click the right arrow to place it into the ‘Selected Optional Products’ box for it to appear on your registration form.
- Click Save to complete the Registration Form

Hi All,
Just to clarify, this is an article for support for clubs on setting up a Registration Form, so they can then attach the form for specific Registration Products.
- Clubs may ask Junior registrants different questions than Senior registrants and therefore will have one form for all U11s, U13s, U15s and U17 Registration Products, and a different form for the Senior Products (hope this makes sense).
All participants are able to register through the PlayCricket website (www.playcricket.com.au).
Thanks!
Hi
Can we just re-use the Registrations forms we created for last season? (after updating it)
I would like to use same forms as last season
Hi I have created a new form, but once I have it hasn't gone through to Play cricket. It stays as though we are not ready for registration how do I correct this.
Is there a time lapse between lodging form and it active the club for registration on Play cricket?
