The Invoice Manager can be found via Admin>Online Registration>Management>Invoice Manager
This feature is a handy tool for club admins to search and identify what registrations have been made and paid for by which players and what payments are currently outstanding.
One of the key benefits of this page is the ability for Club admins to see an overview of the payments that still need to be made and then follow up directly with the participant by sending an invoice and payment options over to them via email.
The club can search by a particular date range and then on the right-hand side of the page understand what status the payment is at and whether any money is currently outstanding. If they club wishes they can then email the player an invoice and if comfortable can make a payment by completing the payment details.
