It is quite common that participants may have roles across different clubs/associations; this article shows how to access the different clubs/associations in which your individual MyCricket ID has current roles in.
Players and Umpires benefit greatly from the Participant Portal in being able to update their availability across multiple associations, hence why only one MyCricket ID is required for participants.
The above GIF highlights the detailed steps below;

Step 1. Firstly, log into your Participant Login on the MyCricket Admin page, using your MyCricket ID as the login and your unique password.

Step 2. Once logged in, at the top of the page, you'll see your name, your MyCricket ID and the entity that you are currently assigned to (in the below case it is 'Trafalgar Cricket Club').
- Click 'Your Organisations'
- Click the 'Your Current & Previous Organisations' drop-down

Step 3. The drop-down will show previous organisations, as well as the ones in which you have a current role at. Currently, we are viewing 'Trafalgar Cricket Club', however we would like to view 'Alice Springs Cricket Association'.
- Click 'SELECT' on the 'Alice Springs Cricket Association'

Step 4. We can now see that we are viewing the Participant Login under the 'Alice Springs Cricket Association'; noted that under this entity, this participant has an 'Umpire' role.
This participant can now update their availability for matches in the Alice Springs Cricket Association through the 'Enter your match availability' function.
