After setting up and activating your registration forms, participants will begin registering through playcricket.com.au. Whilst those registrations are coming through, your club will be receiving valuable information from those registration forms, including default fields and possible additional fields specifically chosen by and for the club, school or association through the Cricket Blast management centres and registration & payment function.
STEP 1 - The best way to locate this information is through reports (MyCricket Admin – MODE: Administration > Online Registration > Reports) under online registration. The main report that gives you every question and answer from the registration forms that you have made is the transaction report.
STEP 2 -Then you will need to choose your registration form and select your date range as highlighted above (Note: If you select ‘All Forms’ instead of a specific registration form, you will get a full club report without the collected information you are looking for). Then click the green ‘GO’ button.
STEP 3 Click the ‘Download data’ link at the base of the page for your selected registration form and date range.
STEP 4 - Download the data with your preferred file format (pictured above).
STEP 5 - Open the document labelled ‘Membership Report’ and all the information the participants have filled out through your online registration form will be there.
The document will open like the picture below with an answer for every question in your registration form plus more relevant information regarding the participants that have registered for the specific registration form. If you scroll across in that document at the end will be any custom fields that you may have added to your registration. (Note: For privacy reasons the below form is empty. This won’t be the case when you download your club’s Transaction [Membership] Report).
Here are step by step instructions for accessing the Transaction (Membership) Report:
MODE: Administration > Online Registration > Reports > Transaction Reports > Pick your requested registration form & date range > Click GO > Go to the bottom and download the data > Save as an excel spreadsheet > Open the spreadsheet and scroll across; all your information should be there.
If you encounter any further issues, please submit a support query and the MyCricket team will assist.
