How do I register participants for my program myself?

All MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast participants need to be registered online via www.playcricket.com.au

Where can I get a hard copy registration form?

All MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast registrations are taken online via www.playcricket.com.au. Hard copy registrations pads are no longer provided and clubs are advised to direct parents to www.playcricket.com.au where they can register and pay online on any mobile device.

What if I am having a registration/ sign on day?

To ensure all registrations can be taken online at home or at your club the MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast registration form and www.playcricket.com.au is mobile friendly. Your club can inform parents at your sign on day to register and pay on their phone or the club may like to provide a tablet device.

What if I have someone at the club and they can only pay cash?

If a parent is at your club and requesting to pay via cash we would advise that they complete the registration and payment process at home. Alternatively, if the club can provide them a phone to register on and have a member of the club use their credit card details for the registration, that individual can be reimbursed with the cash from the parent.

How do we allow the option of Government Sports Vouchers?

If your club is expecting to receive registrations that are applying state based Government Sports Vouchers, your club may be required to accept online registrations but accept offline payments. If this affects your club please contact the MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast helpdesk to discuss further.

What if my program price needs to be set lower than $75?

If your club is offering a subsidised program you will need to accept offline payments only. To allow your club to accept offline payments and set a price below $75, please contact the MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).

How do I pay for the packs I have ordered?

MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast participants need to register and pay online which can be done on a computer or a mobile device. Online payments are automatically processed and received by your State Cricket Association so you will not need to handle cash payments and packs will be approved promptly. Should you need to take offline payments you will be invoiced by your State Cricket Association for the cost of the participant registration fees. How do I provide my clubs bank account details to MyCricket?

We ask that all MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast Coordinators discuss with their clubs treasurer about bank details. It may be that your club has already provided MyCricket with bank details however we ask that you review your clubs bank details to ensure there are no complications during the season. If you require assistance please contact the MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).

Why can I only place orders for participants that appear on the Order Management System?

Packs can only be ordered for participants who have registered online. By having all your participants register online this will remove any administration burden for coordinators in ordering packs as you will not have to chase up any pack types or shirt sizes.
