How do I change my Sync rate?


Click on the top left menu option, and then click ‘Applications Settings’.


Within this menu you can choose the following sync rates:


NOTE* If syncing fails, do the following:

  1. Ensure you have internet connection.
  2. If your internet connection is working, however you cannot sync then contact MyCricket Support, and provide information regarding the device you are using, the operating system, version of the App and the Match ID.
