Hints & tips for taking Online Registrations & Payments


Create links from your club's website
Rather than having your participants navigating through www.playcricket.com.au, you can create links from the website directly to the online registration page. Simply copy and paste the URL that appears in the Edit Form page. You can then direct your members to your website to register online.

Note: You will need separate links for MILO in2CRICKET, MILO T20 Blast and Club Registrations.

Create participant logins for all your members
MyCricket administrators can create logins for all their members with a click of the button. If you have email addresses for your players then you can send them an email with their MyCricket login details. Click on Participant Logins under your People Menu to view this page.

Get the information you need through custom questions
You can create custom questions through your custom field page (found under the People Menu). Once you have created them, activate your custom questions through the online registration management portal by clicking on the custom question menu item.
Note: This not available for MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast registrations

Keep track of all Registration Fees
Manage all your registration payments through the 'Payments Received Summary' page (found under the Online Registration > Reports menu). All online payments will be automatically recorded here, you can also add cash and cheque payments to ensure you have a full record of all payments. You can change payment status from ‘Not Paid’, ‘Partially Paid’ or ‘Fully Paid’ to ensure you have an accurate record of outstanding fees due.

Note: Remember to reset your payment status from last season.
