If your club wishes to use a hyperlink to either send out to participants via email, or to add to your own club's website, please just ensure the correct URL is used.
Clubs are advised to never link a registration form directly, but to instead link the generic landing club page from PlayCricket.
If creating a hyperlink on your club's website, the hyperlink should take participant's to your club's general PlayCricket landing page;
Please DO NOT link directly to your program's registration form as shown below:
The reasoning behind this is that registration forms stay active from previous season. If you have left the same hyperlink available to participants from the previous season, participants are able to register for the incorrect year’s program (eg, Signing up for the 16/17 season through the old form, even through the current season is 17/18). This can result in:
- Participants will see incorrect program information, including session dates/times and program price;
- Participants not appearing on the current season’s participant lists or reports;
- You will not be able to order a pack for that participants who register to last year’s program.
This is the case for both MILO in2CRICKET and MILO T20 Blast.
